You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on the crix platform and use any betting or casino services. Registration and participation by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited. crix is firmly committed to preventing minors from gambling.

Proof of age may be requested during identity verification. Providing a false age may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.

This platform is operated primarily for users in Bangladesh. crix reserves the right to restrict or reject registrations from any jurisdiction. Users who access the service from regions where online betting is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

Each individual, family, or household may hold only one active account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name or using the same identity documents is prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed.

Deposits on crix can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name — transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.

A minimum balance of ৳800 is required to withdraw winnings. Withdrawals can only be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay, and using the same method as the original deposit is preferred. Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Any suspicious or unusual transaction may be investigated by crix. The relevant amount may be temporarily held during the investigation. If involvement in fraud or money laundering is established, the account will be permanently closed.

crix reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. Bets placed due to a technical error or at clearly incorrect odds may be cancelled. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the member's account.

In the event of a change in match circumstances (such as an abandoned match, venue change, or result change), crix will settle bets in accordance with company policy.

Published odds may change at any time. The odds confirmed at the time a bet is placed are final, though they may be reviewed in the case of a technical error. The outcome of bets on cricket, football, and all other sports depends on the official final result declared by the relevant sporting authority.

Placing bets to take advantage of match fixing or result manipulation is strictly prohibited. If such activity is suspected, the account will be suspended immediately and the relevant information may be referred to the authorities.

crix allows multi-bets combining multiple selections. All selections must be correct for a multi-bet to win — if even one is wrong, the entire bet is lost. The rules of each individual bet apply independently within a multi-bet.

Any member may voluntarily close their crix account. The opportunity to withdraw the remaining balance will be given before closure, however the bonus balance will be cancelled. To self-exclude, please contact the support team.

crix may suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information
• Suspected fraudulent or money laundering activity
• Order from a court or legal authority
• Prolonged inactivity

In the case of permanent closure, the valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, however if closure is due to fraud, all funds may be forfeited.

An account with no transactions for twelve consecutive months may be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. Members will be notified by email before any such change is made.

All content on the crix platform — logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is covered by crix's intellectual property rights. Reuse, copying, or distribution of these without prior written permission from crix is prohibited.

crix collects, stores, and processes members' personal data for the purposes of providing services, identity verification, and ensuring security. For full details on how data is used, please see our Privacy Policy.

crix may amend these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email or through a notice on the platform before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

If any part of these terms becomes invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will remain in full effect. The invalidity of one part will not affect the agreement as a whole.

These terms, the privacy policy, and any other related policies together form the entire agreement between crix and the member. Any prior oral or written understanding is replaced by this document.
